what is b2 + 3w2 balanced

Unfortunately, this is not anything related to chemistry as I know it. b2 and w2 do not exist as chemical molecules, and b and w are not elements (B and W are), so not sure what you are asking.

Elemental (pure) boron exists in several allotropic forms, both crystalline and amorphous. Amorphous boron contains B12 icosahedra, which is also present in some crystalline forms. The gamma-orthorhombic state contains both B12 icosahedra and B2 pairs. The original question specified B2 as the reactant, so we are stuck with it...... ;-)
