The equation that needs to be used for this problem would be the molarity equation [Molarity (M) = (moles of solute / Liters of solvent)
-In this case we are given the molarity of 0.949M Sodium Carbonate and the 0.25L of Sodium Carbonate.
-(M = moles/volume) can also be written as (moles = M x Volume)
-moles = 0.949M x 0.25 L = 0.23725 moles --> 0.24 moles of sodium carbonate (with two significant digits)
