A reaction has t=0, and t=54 min. What is the half-life of the reaction if the reaction follows first-order kinetics.

Not sure we have enough information to answer this. For 1st order, half life is = ln(2)/ rate constant. We don't have rate constant, nor enough data to calculate rate constant. Also, if we had concentrations at different times, we could calculate half life.
