Note that NaOH and HCl are a strong base and strong acid, respectively. This is a case of a strong acid-strong base titration, which is relatively straightforward, via the following reaction.
NaOH (aq) + HCl (aq) --> NaCl (aq) + H2O (aq)
0.0855 L * 0.177 M NaOH = 0.0151 mol NaOH --> 0.0151 mol OH-
This means that 0.0151 mol of H+ ion is needed to completely neutralize the OH- ion
0.0151 mol H+ ion/0.025 L = 0.604 M HCl
