As a strong electrolyte, K2SO4 will dissociate completely into the 2 component ions:
K2SO4 --> 2K+ + SO42- (1 mole K2SO4 produces 2 moles K+ and 1 mole SO42-)
Concentration of each ion:
[K+] = 2 x 0.650 M = 1.300 M
[SO42-] = 1 x 0.650 M = 0.650 M
