An input device gets data from the user, like a keyboard. An output device on the other hand sends data to the user, for example a monitor.
The microphone, camera, and mouse are input devices. They receive audio, video, and hand motion data.
The speaker is an output device, it sends audio to the user, and does not receive data. Therefore the speaker is not an input device.
