Is there a way to cancel a session or do we need to send a message to the tutor

If you have scheduled a session, it is always best to contact the tutor prior to the start of the session. The tutor controls the scheduling and cancellation of lesson, as well as their individual cancellation policies. (You can see each individual tutor's cancellation policy on their profile page, or ask them prior to booking a session).
