Hello, yesterday I scheduled a tutoring session with Ruth for pharmacology for today at 6 pm PST. However, I have not heard anything from the tutor about anything...?

Not sure what you mean by you "scheduled a session", because the tutor is the one who schedules the session. You should have contacted the tutor and then she would set up the session within the Wyzant platform, be it in person, or online.
