I think there's been an error in how you format the name of the molecules.
I can still help with the very first step though and provide general advice for the steps after: when it says best oxidizing agent, know that it's a trick question and you're supposed to find the agent that's best at reducing. I remember it by thinking that an oxidizing agent does its job by causing oxidation, so it has to be reduced.
Next, you identify the parts of the molecules that are going to react. Just circle all the parts of the molecules that are on the reduction potential chart. Then look at the chart again and see which agent has the highest reduction potential.
