A system's entropy essentially describes its disorder. In the context of a claw machine (I am assuming the machine is full of many different types of toys), we can say there is high entropy. Because the toys are randomly dispersed and have differing arrangements from each other, there is high entropy. Similarly, there is a lot of uncertainty when it comes to operating the claw. There are many possible positions in which to position the claw, as well as the probabilistic nature of timing the claw. Even a perfectly aligned claw and toy does not always result in the successful retrieval of the toy. For these reasons, we can say that a claw machine is an example of a system with high entropy.
