I have no idea how to solve this I think just multiply by .6?

You're really close . . . 

 

You're right to multiply,

 

BUT .6 = 60% NOT 6%

 

Remember, "percent" means "divided by 100"

 

So if you do 6/100 (6 divided by 100) you'll find out what 6% is as a decimal.
