The only polar molecule in the list is H2S. When considering molecular polarity look for lack of symmetry. In going down the list you have, BF3 is triangular planer and is symmetrical; CO2 is linear & symmetrical; CF4 is tetrahedral & symmetrical. But H2S has a 'bent' structure (of ~92o). Hence it's asymmetric & therefore polar.
