This problem requires you to use the ideal gas law (PV=nRT). The simplified relationship is P1V1=P2V2. Since they give you the current volume and the maximum volume, you can use the current pressure to find the pressure at the maximum volume. For the second half of the question, you should look at your text book to find the four units of pressure. Typically, text books contain all four and the conversions between them for reference within the back cover or at the end of the book in the appendix or within the chapter that discusses that topic.
