First, you should use the molar mass of NaF to convert the mass in grams to the number of moles of NaF being dissolved in 1.00L of solution. This gives you the molarity of the starting solution. Then, use the 180mL to find out how many moles of NaF are in the 180mL sample of this solution, then divide by the total diluted volume to find the molarity of the resulting solution. Make sure you watch your units during the conversions.
