Ideal gases are indistinguishable except with mass and properties that depend on mass (like density). Mixtures of gases can be treated as one gas with regard to IGL or other gas laws:
IGL for the mixture of gases is PTotV = nTotRT and PTot = nTotRT/V where Tot means total
PTot is sum of partial pressures and nTot is sum of the moles
PT = (7.6+3.4 moles)(.0821)(2175.15 K)/(21.0 liters)
