Hello! My name is Emma Cusano. I am new to using the Wyzant app. I have had a good experience so far. However, yesterday I had a session with a tutor and our session was 1hr and 5mins. I was charged for a full two hours. As a college student, expenses are tight. I wanted to reach out and ask why I was charged for the full two hours and can a refund be granted? Thank you!
