if P(z>c) = 0.34 that's oddly similar to P(z>1) = .5-.34 = .16
which seems irrelevant, but maybe there's a typo in the problem, aside of possibly .34 instead of .3434
but as is, use z tables or a z calculator and plug in .16 or .1566
meaning 0<c<1
use z tables or go on line to find where c is between 0 and 1, big WAG, big wild A guess about .5
which is, after a z caculator, = about 0.403, using .1566
