In the stoichiometry of the given reaction, 1 mole of C produces 1 mole of CH4. This means that 10.9 moles of C are needed to produce 10.9 moles of CH4. Since the molar mass of C is 12 g/mole, then the mass of of 10.9 moles of C is (12)(10.9) = 130.8 g.
