Hello, the conjugate base of H3PO4 would be H2PO4- because of the loss of the H+ ion. You would lose one hydrogen ion, therefore will cause the base to have a -1 charge. The conjugate base of H2PO4- would be (HPO4)2- because of another loss of H+
