Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
depends on the weights given to the test and prior grade average
assume they have equal weights
A+ =A = 4.0 usually, although some colleges give it a 4.3
F = 0, no real alternative in the letter grade GPA's
(4+0)/2 = 2 = C
A=4, B=3, C-2, D=1, F=0
(A+F)/2 = C
but if you stayed initially with numerical numbers, (100+0)/2 = 50 = an F,
change the weights of the grades, and the result could be anywhere from A to F
best guess would be the average, C. Claim C and you can only be off by 2 letter grades max
