#2 is correct except that it is a gas forming reaction. The NH3 should not have a "+" after it because it is a compound and as a product NH3 is a gas.
#3 is a reaction. NH3 as a reactant can be aqueous but it is a weak base and must be represented in the net ionic equation. The Cl- is the spectator ion.
