BTW, compounds that have metallic bonds are called alloys (mixture of 2 or more metals)
liquid at room temperature- shiny surface
- solid at room temperature
- conduct electricity when dissolved in water or melted (strange property to ask, in general alloys to not dissolve in water, and some do loose their conductivity when melted)
dull surface- conduct electricity
