The following reaction has an average cell potential of 3.00 V: 2 Li(s) + LiI3 3 LiI(aq) How much energy can be derived from a reaction in which 5.00 g of Li is oxidized?

I have been knocked out of my answering your question twice already. I am going to answer tersely and can clarify in follow up:
energy available = -ΔG = neFE0 (Assuming standard states)
Connecting grams of Li to moles of electrons:
5.0 g Li*(1 mole/6.941 g Li)(1 mole e/mole Li)(96485 Coul/mole e)(3 V) = Joules
Coul - volts are joules.
