You decide you want to by 1/2 pound of candy because you only have three dollars. Which digital balance, a, b, or c, would you rather use to make sure you get the most candy for your money? Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
$5.98 per pound x 1/2 pound = 5.98/2 =
$2.99 leaving one cent change, assuming tax is included
if taxes are not included, and there's any tax more than 1 penny, you can't afford 1/2 pound
