There are only 3 isomers. This is an octahedral complex with the Ti in the center surrounded by 4 F atoms & 2 H2O ligands. One isomer would have the 4 F atoms in the equatorial plane with the 2 H2Os in the axial plane. A second would have the two H2Os on the same side, cis, of the equatorial and two of the Fs in the axial. The third would be a geometric isomer of the previous one, with the 2 H2Os trans on the equatorial plane.
I do not see any other possible isomers.
