Standard stoichiometry problem except we start with moles, rather than grams:
Start with what you know and multiply with the proper relations in order to get the grams of CO2. The usual process is grams of i to moles of i to moles of j to grams of j. In this case we only need 2 steps:
22.7 moles Oct *(16 CO2/2 Oct)(44 g CO2/mole) = g CO2
