Chemistry is easy, if you have the right tutor!
Using the molar ratio of the coefficients we know that in the origonal equation there are 2 mol of C2H5OH burned for every 4 mol of CO2 produced, so if we double the amount of C2H5OH from 2 to 4 we can expect 8 mol of CO2 to be produced.
4molEthanol*4molCO2/2molEthanol=8 molCO2
