Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
c is the constant
b or 10b is the variable
usually, conventionally,
unless b is a fixed number and c is a variable
then the exact opposite
generally letters at the beginning of the alphabet are constants
so b and c would be constants, with both 10b and c as constants
but that's not a hard and fast rule, written in stone, so to speak
so, in the end of the day
either of 4 different possibilities
b constant, c constant
b variable, c constant
b constant c variable
b variable, c variable
using c does tend to suggest constant, as constant begins with the letter c
so go with both constant or
b as variable and c constant
10b + c does look similar to the slope intercept form of a linear equation, y=mx +b
where m=10b and b =c
although that is strange as b = the y intercept has the same b as the b in 10b
tough call
I'd go with both constants
2nd choice: 10b is the variable, c the constant
