These will not react. You probably have LiCl or LiI. You need the reaction in order to know the stoichiometry. Then do the usual calculation:
moles A (moles/g A)(moles B/moles A)(g/moles B) = g B
g/moles is molar mass, and mole ratio is the ratio of the stoichiometric coefficients.
