Make yourself a sketch. How about one like this:
Let the measure of ∠J be "x", then m∠K is 3x and m∠L is 8x
Now you can do whatever you need to do to solve the problem. If you are trying to find the measure of the angles, solve for "x" by using the fact that the sum of all the angles in a triangle is 180°
