Since there is no change to temperature, then you have the correct equation noted:
P1V1 = P2V2
Part A asks for V2, so solving for V2, we get V2 = P1V1/P2
V1 = 11.0 L, P1 = 672 torr, P2 = 3360 torr so, just plug in the numbers into your calculator (672)(11.0)/(3360) = 2.20 meaning V2 = 2.20 L
Part B asks for P2, so solving for P2 we get: P2 = P1V1/V2
V1 = 11.0 L, P1 = 672 torr, V2 = 79.0 L so, just plug in the numbers into your calculator (672)(11.0)/(79.0) = 93.6 meaning P2 = 93.6 torr
