As the pressure is constant, use the relation V1/V2 = T1/T2 where subscript 1 is the initial condition and subscript 2 is the final condition. Solve for the unknown quantity.
V2 = V1 x T2 / T1
T2 = T1 x V2 / V1 (change the Kelvin temperature back to Celsius by subtraction 273 to get the final answer)
