Best answer is 2. A compiled language requires an additional compilation step when testing changes. This additional complexity may be a turnoff for beginners. Assembly language is very difficult to read and debug. Machine language even more so. An interpreted language is usually very easy to use and doesn't require compilation, meaning that changes can be tested very quickly.
