The reaction A + 2B + C → Products has a rate law of Rate = k[A]²[B]. By what factor would the reaction rate change if [C] is tripled?

It wouldn't change. The rate at which a chemical reaction proceeds can only be determined expiermentally, not thorough stoichemetry. So becuase [C] isn't in the rate law equation, it wouldnt have an effect.
