asked 03/02/22Inquiry about tutoring outcomes
Hello,
I am reaching out because I am curious what my options might be regarding getting a refund for some of my recent tutoring sessions with a computer science tutor. I feel like some of our sessions didn't result in me learning anything or figuring out the presenting problem/question. If anything, the last couple sessions involved me having to figure it out on my own or getting better understandings from my undergraduate teaching assistants.
The tutor was a wonderful and flexible person and I have had beneficial sessions with him before, which is why I have never complained. However, with my most recent experience, I feel like I justify paying for only two hours I spend with the tutor. I am curious what my options are? I am also willing to elaborate more if needed.

TheThe reason someone doesn't understand a sentence that is red or heard is due to a word or symbol in sentence that is not correctly understood.
