First look up the molecular formula of glucose. When you do, you'll find it is C6H12O6 meaning that there are 6 atoms of oxygen in one molecule of glucose.
Using Avogadro's number, there are 6.022 x 1023 molecules in one mole of glucose so for 2.1 moles, there would be (2.1)(6.022 x 1023) = 12.646 x 1023 or 1.2646 x 1024 molecules of glucose in 2.1 moles of glucose. Since there are 6 oxygen atoms in each one, there are (6)(1.2646 x 1024) = 7.58772 x 1024 atoms of oxygen but, when you round to 2 sig figs, you get 7.6 x 1024
