I'm guessing that it is asking for sinθ and tanθ.
For quadrant 2, sine is positive and tangent is negative.
For cosθ = -2/3, the hypotenuse is 3 and the adjacent side is -2
sinθ = opposite/hypotenuse. The opposite side = √(32 - (-2)2) = √5
sinθ = √5/3
tanθ = sinθ/cosθ = (√5/3)/(-2/3) = -√5/2
