I'm not sure what TPN is (NTP is normal T and P which varies somewhat - 20°C and 1 atm is what I usually use), but the first part can be answered directly regardless of P and T:
You need the reaction equation: SO2 + 2H2S -> 3S + 2H2O
a) You can use the stochiometric relations between gases in terms of volume (if P, T const V is proportional to n - Avogadro's Principle). Therefore 3.5 l H2S* (1SO2/2H2S) = 1.75 liters SO2
b) Find the moles of S produced by solving the ideal gas law for the H2S n = PV/RT
Then, moles H2S *(3S/2H2S)*(32 g/mole S) = g S
