In both cases, avoid using the negative phrase and use an alternative word. I think in both cases the word "object" conveys the desired meaning.

asked 01/10/22What is the best way to write the following two respective phrases in Latin?:
1. No Consensual Compliance (I.e., My compliance is not consensual or willful; it is forced)
2. No Citizen Consent (i.e., Absence of Consent From The Citizen or Citizenry)
NOTES:
For number 1 above, the objective is to express in two or three words the thought that any compliance, if achieved, will exist without consent; and will rather be the product of force, coercion or duress.
For number 2 above, the objective is to express in two or three words a state of being wherein the Citizen or Citizenry has not consented to the execution of a particular rule, order, law, mandate or directive.
Please advise on the best way to translate these two phrases. Thank you so much for your kind and expert guidance in this matter.
