Work this problem backwards. You know the mass of the 3 O's in the problem, so you can figure the moles of O's in the problem. Therefore you can figure (from M2O3 formula!) the moles of the M's in the problem, that plus the initial mass gives the atomic mass of M.
Lauren, you are presenting multiple problems here. You might benefit from some in-person tutoring time, to catch you up to where you need to be to start solving these problems on your own?
