Not sure why you would post this in SAT MATH and COMPUTER SCIENCE. Also not sure if you are Chad J who asked this previously. At any rate, I'm bored right now, so I'll answer some.
H2O2 (14 valence electrons)
H - O - O - H and put 2 lone pairs on both O atoms.
Molecular shape = bent
Bond polarity = P
Molecular polarity = P
HCOOH (18 valence electrons)
Place C in the center and attach 1 single bond H, 1 double bond O and 1 single bond O. To the single bonded O, attach a single bonded H. On both O atoms, place 2 lone pairs of electrons.
Molecular shape = trigonal planar
Bond polarity = P
Molecular polarity = P
NH4+ (8 valence electrons)
Place N in the center and attach 4 H atoms. Place in brackets, and put a + sign outside the brackets, something like this [...]+
Molecular shape = tetrahedral
Bond polarity = P
Molecular polarity = NP (although polar and non polar should not relate to ions as they are part of an ionic compound so NH4Cl is polar but NH4+ is NP)
