Your question doesn't make sense. You are using set difference and taking away the elements of AUB from itself. The answer should be empty set which is not among the choices.

oops sorry here is the correct one (A U B) - (A ∩ B)

(A U B) is all of A and B. (A ∩ B) is those common to both A and B. So when you subtract per the problem, C is the answer.
