2. USMLE STEP 1 First Aid Rx Review Book: This is a fantastic tool because combining this review book with the knowledge you acquire from thoroughly reading the UWorld questions and explanations cements your knowledge.
3. AMBOSS Library: This tool is fantastic because here you will find more detailed information on pathologies in such detail and in a pointed manner that you won't find with UWorld or Rx Review book.

The best resources for studying for STEP 1 are by far UWorld, then I would suggest First Aid and Pathoma. I would also suggest utilizing the Anki decks that are available online, in particular, AnKing. Beginning these decks early and doing your reviews daily is definitely the best way to study for the test longitudinally. Supplementing these decks with UWorld questions and making cards or rescheduling cards based on the questions you get wrong or the facts you forget is a great way to prevent information from being lost while studying for the test. UWorld is by far the best question bank, and many of the questions and questions styles are derived from UWorld on the actual test day. I would also recommend utilizing the NBMEs as well, because some questions on the actual test are word-for-word from the NBMEs provided.

you can supplement uworld question bank with first aid.

i would avoid reading text books for usmle exams as it is not the actual knowledge but the application of the knowledge that matters. they ask double and triple indirect questions. so you need to practice questions alot. and then practice even more questions.

however for biostatistics, i would recommend Kaplan book. biostatistics is quite deficient in most question banks.
