asked 10/24/21SPSS output for Frequencies
I have a categorical list of 203 binomial nominal responses of "yes" and "no". I run frequency on SPSS and get 4 rows of 2 "yes" responses and 2 rows of "no" responses. The total output is correct, but how do I fix this to show only 1 row for each response?

There are probably spaces in some responses that's why there are multiple rows. This should be clearly visible from the counts. Counts will be small for such yes/no responses in your frequency output. You need fix these values.

This seems like a really easy task actually and I'm surprised there is no response on this since this was posted six months ago. If you still need help with this, if you can upload a screenshot of the output table you are looking at, I'm pretty sure I can tell you exactly what you need to do.05/05/22
