SPSS: How to run distribution analysis for two variable sets

Using the data set given use SPSS 22 version to run a distribution analysis on diastolic blood pressure, examining the following for individuals who have had no history of cardiovascular heart disease and the group with a history of cardiovascular heart disease.

You can do this by a panel bar plot (through spss legacy diagrams options) which draws two histograms of the two different groupings (individuals who have had no history of cardiovascular heart disease and the group with a history of cardiovascular heart disease).
