Magnesium Sulfate MgSO₄ will only dissociate into 2 ions in solution, so it will have a lower conductivity

MgSO₄ ---> Mg⁺² + SO₄^-2

Since, Sodium Sulfate Na₂SO₄ will dissociate into 3 ions in solution, It will have a higher conductivity.

Na₂SO₄ ---> 2 Na⁺ + SO₄^-2
