The Density ρ of hydrogen is ρ = m / v , the mass m = ρ v , the volume v is given as 320 m3 so you need the density of hydrogen in upper atmosphere or lower pressure in kg/m3. In most textbooks it is 0.0887 kg/m3
The mass m = 0.0887 kg/m3 ( 320 m3) = 28.4 kg
