Does the Second Law of Thermodynamics state that the entropy of the universe must always either increase or remain the same?

Does the Second Law of Thermodynamics state that the entropy of the universe must always either increase or remain the same? I just want to make sure I got this question right because I’ve been second guessing myself ever since I left my Chemistry class. I put true, would that be correct?
