You should include the phase for Ca(OH)2 as (s), so you'd have the following:
2NaOH(aq) + CaBr2(aq) ==> Ca(OH)2(s) + 2NaBr(aq)
This is a double replacement/displacement reaction
It is also a precipitation reaction since Ca(OH)2 is precipitated as a solid
