50/23^t = 50(23^-t) = 50(1/23)^t
25x4^t + 2 = 25(4^(t+ 2)) = 25(4^t)(4^2) = 25(16)(4^t) = 400(4^t)
although it's possible you intended the problem as
(25x4^t)+2. IF so, then you really have a serious problem
f(t) = 50 / 23t = 50(23)-t = 50(1/23)t
f(t) = 25(4)t+2 = 25(4t)(42) = 400(4)t
